Evacuation is not easy to figure out as most of us live in one-way in, one-way out areas and many streets are narrow or overgrown. Even Pleasant Valley Road, although there are technically a couple of ways out, is narrow. In an emergency, traffic would likely back up and roads could easily be blocked.
